Processing Time
At Just Numb It, all orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We ship all orders via Australia Post.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the service selected.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel through Australia Post.

Delays & Issues
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. weather, peak periods, or postal disruptions). We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Just Numb It is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.
